Going the extra mile

I just want to say thank you for susan (manager) by going out of her own way to assist me with a replacement gym membership card. The past few months the service level went up extremeley good. Its good to be a member of the george branch! She provided me with excellent service, times were rough sometimes but appreaciate the feedback. So credit is due to her
