Goblins are running the show

Its been almost 3 years now and I am still in awe how virgin active and call my to sign up but can't call me to rectify the fact that I called in and went to there Greenacres branch to fix the account freezing problem of my fathers account. in 2018 I informed them that I emailed them to freeze my fathers account who was ill and hospitalized at the time the branch would inform me to email and call the head office which I did , just for them to refer me back to the branch. The only thing that went smoothly was the cancelation of my fathers account after his passing and with that a continue rock and hard place with the branch and head office and no one calling me back. I felt so miserable I could not wait to cancel my contract.
