GIVE DAVE LUIS A BELLS!!!

<p>A few days ago I was fuming having had discovered that someone had **********ly taken up a membership in my name and I was now being hounded by debt collectors to settle the account (I had a fireball in my throat at this point). </p> <p> </p> <p>I posted here on hellopeter, Dave Luis (VA's Central Resolutions Specialist) quickly extinguished the fireball (including the smoke coming out my ears). I sent him all the relevent information and within hours the debt collectors had closed my file and sent confirmation of this. </p> <p> </p> <p>I do understand that in this day and age, such things do happen. Identity theft is as common as the cold. I am glad that VA has personnel who take their jobs really seriously because I know incidences like this to take months to resolve. </p> <p> </p> <p>Once again, many thanks for the swift resolution! </p>
