This is a complaint which I took up with the Randburg branch manager Paul Twernlow last year.<br> <br> I have been a member for over 10 years - broken membership though.<br> In 2013 Pauls sales staff approached me at my office and asked me to take out a contract and was \short on the leather bags"they were giving to new members so he promised to send it to my office.<br> <br> In 2014"
