Getting *****ed over by Virgin active SA

I have been training at Virgin active Berea for about 3 years. I cancelled my contract end of 2017. I even paid R40 in store to cover any outstanding payments due for cancellation. I have had the same email and phone number since then. All of a sudden 2 years later without any calls during a 2 year period. I have been handed over to debt collectors that have been harrasing me for money. I have now been forced to go to nation consumer to get to the bottom of this. I will never join virgin active again. They are **********. Harrass customers and when you and get a jold of head office they dont return your calls.
