Completely *********** service! I have phoned them, e-mailed them and visited management at Virgin Sanctuary to stop payment on membership from a request April 2021! Promised by the Manager at Sanctuary he would sort out the over payment. Never heard again from him!!! Treated with absolute contempt. Think twice about joining Virgin - you will be locked in!!!
