Get ****** this morning in virgin Active Red, Shop no 13 East Rand, Retail Park, North Rand Road, Boksburg, I have lost everthing my car phones ipod,keys, documents lot more

Hi my name is Rajesh, phone no. ********** 869 from Boksburg it was really Bad morning for me, i went to the gym this morning around 6.00 Am(15/12/2017) after 1 hour training i was ready to take a shower after shower when i came out i could not find my Bag i searched everywhere still never find it than i realize somebody stole my Bag i also realize there no car out side it was perfect plan we checked cameras one guy who was walking in a easy way caring my bag, no fear at all it is strange how the guy entered inside the gym if he entered with finger print(They have Access to get inside the gym) why they can not trace him so many questions around but no answers, this is not call secure place i am very very sad dont know what to do i trust virgin active i did not know i will get ****** there they just doing their formalities i know nothing going to happen i have a request to virging active plz catch main culprit who helped him to get entered or if he entered with a **** ID than its your responsibility to check the security concern other why no punishment to virgin Active Red ??????????
