Gateway Durban Branch. Main Pool heating now out of order for over Two Weeks

<p>I have been swimming at La Lucia and Gateway Virgin Active Pools for over 20 years.</p> <p> </p> <p>Over 2 weeks ago the heating in the Gateway pool stopped working and quickly water temperature dropped to below 18C. Initially a notice was displayed advising all would be back to normal by 28th May. That notice has since been removed as has all other indication that the the pool is almost unusuable.</p> <p>Daily enquiries from front desk staff has been answered simply: 'Don't Know'...</p> <p> </p> <p>However other users of the pool have 'suggested' that the spare required to fix things is far above the maintenence budget, but I guess that is heresay.</p> <p> </p> <p>What is the problem and when it is going to be fixed??</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been asked to go to nearby pools but the reason I transferred to Gateway was it was a big pool, not so crowded and not from km's home.</p> <p> </p> <p>After so many good years this is a huge disappointment</p>
