Garbage Virgin Active Call Centre Service

Since I've joined and complained about subtracting the incorrect amount via debit order, they've done nothing to assist and pass blame around, between them and vitality they need to get their **** together. Furthermore, trying to cancel my membership has been a nightmare. I don't have a lot of time during the week to call and they (the call centre) don't operate on weekends, every time i call to cancel specifically the line cuts or there's a bad connection, or when being transferred the call drops???? unacceptable, glad i'm planning to leave them, if they would just answer their ****** phones and assist!!!
