Most pathetic customer service ever spoke to a sales and client care consultant what a **** show....the consultant was half dead....to think 2018 I had issues with a debit I was sent a link and made payment I have not used the service from that time and I am called to take up a policy again I told them how can u start a new relationship when u still have not fixed my profile from 2018 I been a loyal client that time ND haven't been to virgin since I am a planet fitness customer I been thinking that virgin is pro active but a bunch of slow service bots make you angry or they cut calls so that you can't query the problem planet fitness is far ahead
