Full premium deducted while the acc is frozen

I frooze my acc last year to Feb 2015 because i dont get time for gym ,This year Jan,i called them again to tell them that i still dnt have time,they must continue freeze my acc,they agreed and they said they going to take half the premium as usuall which is R130,but they took R 260,i went to Workshop to Complain,they said they wont deduct for the next 2 months,which was not true,they deducted R130,Im very disappointed.
