Frustrated about Virgin Active George facility

I am incredibly frustrated with the service/facility at Virgin Active George. Every morning when I go into the studio to do my exercises, the fans are turned off. Between 5:00 and 6:00 in the morning there are multiple people exercising inside the studio and everyone is frustrated about this - humid, sweaty and no ventilation! I have nicely asked the staff members multiple mornings to switch on the fans, because I cannot switch it on by myself (one needs to climb onto a ladder to get to the switch). They have an unacceptable , unbelievable excuse that they need to save electricity by not running the fans! I have also complained towards 3 different managers, and still every morning I go in there, the fans are switched off! This morning I lost it and could not ask nicely any more... How many times does one have to complain about this before they realize that they need to switch the fans on first thing in the morning as soon as they open the gym?
