Frustrated!

I am a discovery vitality member and should have a discounted gym rate . In Feb I got billed R690 ??? Went to where I signed up numerous times and half the time they were offline. I got told to come back just before month end. I was there on 29th Feb signed a new contract and got handed a new card . I was told I would not be billed this again and I would get my money back. Today 1st March I was billed another R690 . What is going on!!!!!
