From bad to worse

The service at this gym is just getting worse every day. Last week there were 15 benches etc with an OUT OF ORDER page attached to them.<br> <br> The reason for my complaint is because of the Sauna, for months the sauna has not been working properly - it has got so bad that I have to phone to find out if it is working 15 minutes before I go to the gym. Last night when I phoned I was told it was on. When I got there it was off and had been for a while because the sauna was cold.<br> <br> I understand the sauna trips the electricity but FIX IT! The excuse that people in Constantia put more water on the sauna than other gyms is just a joke!<br> <br> Being **** to last night was the last straw - sort this out, you happy to increase the fee every year!
