Friends over booked clients....

15.02.2021, 17:00 Sunward branch: I booked my class a week in advance and rhe kick class starts at 17:05 , I got to class at 17:03 that means I got at the branch around 17:01 when I got in class at 17:03 they had already given my slot to their regulars who did not book. So what is the point of booking if the slots are given to friends, Teboho the register dude, Joy and the manager who did not have a valid reason nor did he take action. Poor service.
