Freezing on account
Last week I went to my regular club to speak to the sales team regarding my membership. I have been with Virgin Active since 2010 and as a previous CGM in the company I am well aware of the process to freeze or cancel your membership.

Now I have been very loyal to VA for almost 6 years. Currently I have a severe medical condition in my back. I have a slipped disc
In my cervical spine and have been advised by my GP and neurologist as well as my chiropractor to avoid any strenuous activity especially gym for a minimum of 6 months in order to fully recover and prevent any further injury.

Now I spoke to Zandro very helpful guy at Gardens last week to request having my membership frozen for 6 months. He advised that won't be a problem. I presented him with my letter from the Neurologist and requested he send this onto the relevant person.

I wanted my membership frozen for 6 months at no cost due to my medical condition he advised me today that they can only freeze at 50% of the rate.

This is I feel is not fair as I won't be using the membership at all due to my condition. I would like someone to call me so I can resolve this matter.

Regards
Paul
