Freezing gym with terrible service

This gym have no regard for ones request. They say they will tend to your complaint but it never happens and this has been going on this whole year of 2019 and beyond. And they never get back to you when you fill in a complaint form. In general the air conditioning is far too cold throughout the club but especially in the men's locker room it is totally outrageously cold, even in summer it is ridiculous. This is a health risk and i have become sick a selection of times due to this. After many requests to see to this problem nothing had been done. This is totally unacceptable and this gym and its staff should be reported.
