FREEZING cold conditions

It is a disgrace that Virgin Active Vanderbijlpark cannot look after their paying customers during winter. It is FREEZING cold in the closed area where we must do yoga and other classes. When we complain, they tell us the aircon is not working, or something broke. Really, we dont believe it anymore. I am actually going to take a thermometer to see how cold it is in there, and come back with my findings. Is Virgin Active going to pay our medical costs if we all get sick???
