********** VIRGIN ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP IN MY NAME!

<p>Virgin Active opened an account for someone and made ME the account payer. Firstly, I am a student, i do not work. Secondly, I've never set foot in any of their gyms. So now I am constantly harrassed by some ''MBD Inc'' that is constantly calling me telling me to pay up for a membership I know absolutely nothing about. </p> <p>I called the Kings Park branch where the membership was 'taken', I spoke to a lady who said she will investigate. To this day I've had zero correspondence from them. </p> <p>Now on the daily, I get e-mails/calls/sms's telling me to make payment arrangements.</p> <p>I despise this company, it has made my life a living hell. I ask of you to PLEASE rectify this AND CLEAR MY NAME. I will be writing to the consumer ombudsman in this regard because no one is able to indicate to me how I can take up a membership for someone as an account payer while (a) I do not work and (b) have never seen a gym contract in my life! </p>
