********** use of private information

**********ly opened a contract that isn't mine using my banking details without consent. Now they are claiming I'm in arrears. The head office sales consultants are dishonest with clients. It took three months for me to cancel my contract because the consultants would do half the job each time. And then they call a dependant on my canceled contract and reactivate the account using my banking details. Can not believe the ***** going on there!
