********** Policies using my account number

Lebogang accessed my banking details using my phone number on the Virgin Active credentials while working at Old Mutual at the same time. She wrote a 2 policies for Mr Thabo James Tlhoaele amounting to R500. She then resigned from Old Mutual after committing this act of *****. She defiantly has no integrity and I wouldn't recommend anybody to do any business with a sales consultant who has no integrity. I am also going to lodge a formal ***** case with the SAPS!
