********** Membership

On the 14th December 2021 I went to Virgin Active Beachfront East London to signup for a membership, when they were capturing my details they picked up that I had an account with arrears from a membership that I had apparently signed up for in Cartsworld, this was done **********ly under my name , I have stayed in the Gauteng province.

I called the Cartsworld Club but the club admin does not pick up my calls nor assist me in fixing this matter but instead transfers my calls to the Salesperson ( Ditiro Didimalang) who was responsible for this account who is denying this and not assisting me also. He is still an employee at that branch.

I have called the Head Office a number of times and they have also promised to assist but now no-one knows of it when I call , everytime.

These arrears are blocking me from signing for a membership, branch is not assisting me as well as the Head Office in this matter.

They have done the investigations but still no sign of the debt being written off so I can sign up.
