I signed on for a membership at Virgin Active wembley square in Cape Town. I had to leave the country for work and requested later on to cancel. Accounts- Beulah Jacob and head of Branch -Shaun Karating at virgin keep ignoring the NUMEROUS requests to refund and cancel thus this ********** and shameful company continues to charge >850 Zar each month for over a year. Virgin Active expect now a proper legal measure and a public shaming. Disgusting behavior really!
