I went to Virgin Active Cresta to take up my membership for myself and my wife. I was told that i do not need to use my vitality as they are running a special of three months free. That very same month i was debit an amount. After 3 months they put me on vitality with a 700 rand refund.

My wife's contract was put to Northgate club which makes zero sense and its two years. All I am asking for is to at least cancel this mess. The guy who signed us up apparrently resigned and it all just seems so convinient to the club.

Is this how you guys do business ? As long as you debit them
