<p>I signed up in december, payed the first month and then switched to medical aid vitality and payed the activation fee of R1800 to activate the R250/month discount. They proceeded to over charge me the second month, payed me half back, over charged me the next month, I had to go in to try sort this problem out and was prommised it wouldnt happen again and that a refund would happen asap. Two days later, no refund and they have taken another R255. In total over R600 has been taken in a weeks time in excess and I have no idea why or when my money will be returned. </p>
