********** account debiting

Went through my standard bank statement today and i have noticed that i have being paying for 2 other peoples memberships. i don't know these people from anywhere. i phoned virgin active to assist, they say they cannot assist me. what the hell? this is abuse and ******** business practise. how can i pay for other people. virgin active won't pay for me.
