*****s: Virgin Active Northgate

I joined Virgin Active a year ago with Lizwi from Northgate. Agreed that with my discount I'll pay R110 a month and that went on for months then suddenly in January they deduct R450.

After explaining the issue to 10 different people, repeating myself, they still call you every week to ask when you're paying instead of fixing the problem.

Now they're happy to take the incorrect money and have me repeatedly reverse it instead of sorting out the issue. Their Salesperson (Lizwi) is forthcoming with communicating when he's trying to get you to join but now it's the opposite.

Now Lizwi ignores my calls and texts and does not resolve my issue. Northgate club sends me from pillar to post. I am now handing the matter over to my lawyers as I am tired!
