<p>My husband and I were sold subscriptions misleading and has in the event cost us.</p> <p> </p> <p>The consultant from Northgate Virgin Active was extremely unprofessional and as a result of him misleading us on what ewe signed for, we have been left without a contract and tied into a 2 year contract which was not agreed upon for myself.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please always ensure that the consultant you deal with does not distract you with unnecessary conversation and that you note what he/she is placing on system.</p> <p> </p> <p>I escalated this to the Sales Manager Muhammad at Northgate Virgin and want my money back as this is *****ulant, I requetsed that I be kept up to date today as I spent 2 hours of my time trying to resolve this this morning. Till now, I have not recieved an acknowledgement to my email to him or a call on an update.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its sad that the Virgin brand is becoming this, when in essence it everything but this, I suppose its the staff who bring it to this.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my money back, the subscription we were offerred last year and agreed to, to be placed into effect and for the consultant to be taken to task.</p> <p> </p> <p>If Virgin can not compensate us for this mess up, we will move to Planet Fitness!!!!!</p>
