***** and misrepresentation

In January 2015 Mpho recruited myself and 3 friends namely Masana Shabangu, Nsuku Baloyi and Sagwadi Nkuna. When we signed up he said that we could cancel the contract after 3 months at the bank. This was advised after I pointed it out to him that I wanted the 3 month option which was on the form. It was during registration so he said we should fill in our details and he would do the rest. I trusted that him because he was an acquaintance. Then a few days after he contacted me telling me that I needed to come and fill in signatures. He emailed me the contract but I was already out of town and no where close to fill it in and send it back to him. This I told him. When I did eventually came back to midrand I cam and informed him that I was no longer interested in the membership . He then told me that the contract had been approved despite the fact that I had not returned the contract. I asked him about the contract he said that him and his manager resolved it . Now they are telling me the won't pay back the money they stole from me
