FORGING MY SIGNATURE

On the 18/02/2016i got a call from Victor Mbele asking me to join Virgin Active and i told him that i didn't want to join the gym because i know i will not really go to gym as i sometime knock off late and i have school as well that i go to late sometime and also because a 2 year contract is just too much for me . Victor than advised me that they are having a special and the joining fee is R50 , also that the contract will be for a year , which i said to myself that it's not so bad and i ended up joining ..... BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE ... <br> A month later i was on the internet looking at my profile in the virgin active log and i saw my contract which showed that my contract is for 2 years and on that section i saw my signature , nut when i looked at the copy that i had the is nothing that shows that my contract is for 2 year or even my signature... so this Victor Mbele forged my signature and mislead me into joining the gym while he knew very well that the contract is for 2 year ... i spoke to my lawyers and this is concerned as crime , I'm going to SUE virgin active because this guy has my ID number and can forge my signature what else can he do ????<br>
