forgery by Virgin Active employee but claim unknow
Dear

I refer to previous correspondence with Robyn Jonathan regarding your Virgin Active membership.

I confirm that I have also looked into this matter and I can confirm that although two copies of a contract have been presented, only one is of a standard that would've been accepted and approved by our sales system - the other we can only deduce was a document that had been tampered with by an unknown party but can be disregarded for the current purposes. Be it as it may, the bottom line is that Thamsanqa has a valid contract and membership agreement with Virgin Active and also made use of our facilities in this regard. As per our membership terms and conditions, if a membership is to be terminated written notice of termination is required. Although we did not receive written notice of termination in this case, we are still willing to cancel the membership, purely as a member service gesture, effective 31 December 2014.

Should you not accept our service gesture as set out above, all fees will still be due and payable until the date that you can provide us with proof of written cancellation of the membership.

Karen Gordon, Legal Advisor

So you don't know who forged my details?
I have tried to touch base with you via your mobile phone but to no avail.
I refer you back to the statement you requested from our Legal team as it does indicate that we don't know who had tampered with the document.
Should you require nay further assistance please contact me directly.
Kindest regards
Robyn
