Forgery and ***** at Virgin Active
Hi

Please advise the issue of the contract was received from your company, which had the following:

1. Forged signature of the payer (Me)
2. Forged signature of Virgin Active member ( My nephew)
3. Forged information of my personal details
4. Forged details of my banking details
5. Material alteration in writing where the writing has the apparent ability to de***** and is of apparent legal efficacy with the intent to de*****.

This constitute an intention to de***** your customer

I would like you to explain to the following:

1. How did this happen?
2. Who authorised this contract as valid?
3. Why has Virgin Active used falsified information to cover its tracks in order to hold customer liable for its own errors
4. What has happened to the person who committed this crime?

Your Cresta branch manager said you do have monthly contract that you do offer? Again because this was telephonic conversation it's not proof either.

Can I get a response to the above?
