For years ive heard people speak highly of virgin active but its just a scheme to con people of their hard earned money

A while ago I was approached by two agents from virgin active,they offered me a contract that was on promotion! I told them The promotion was quite a catch but I was in a rush so they told me they could fill up the contract for me n I could just sign, I asked them about about the terms&conditions and they **** to my face saying there were no t&c's on promotion contracts! I let gave them my names n id number and they filled the form and later brought it to my work place for me to sign! They took a pic of my ID and left me with a card that was never activated! They later told me the card was now active I could begin to gym at the gym in kempton park, I asked for my membership to be transferred to waterfall as its closer to my work place then they told me they'd bring me a new card once the transfer has been processed! I waited but the card was never delivered to me but instead they debited my account! I went to the bank to reverse n block them from accessing my account and called them to cancel my contract and they told me I needed to pay a thousand rand cancelation fee! No t&c's huh???? I refused to pay so they began to harass me on a daily basis with sms'es which I ignored! Today I got a call from a lady by the name bulelwa informing me that I owe virgin active over R8000! How can I owe a company whose services ive never used???? Be alert people do not sign anything from their agents its a ****!
