Fooled at Virgin Active!!

Should have read the reviews before I walked through their doors. Wanted to inquire about available classes, and had myself talked into a contract, that I do not use, timetable do not fit in with my schedule, cannot get out of, except at more expense to myself. No way to test their facilities offered, if you are not a member you are not allowed through their gates and no complimentary classes offered to test. Not a public friendly company. Their Salesman can tell you what they want, and no action are taken against them if they blatantly lie. Take a hint from a fool, and don't even go there!! Company to big to care about you.
