FINANCIAL ABUSE OF A STUDENT

What will it take to get Virgin Active to seriously address refunding my student daughter what you owe her ? Absolutely appalled that since March to now (6 months) she still struggles with your company and it has made zero difference emailing and or even going into her club to try and get this matter sorted out. Lets see if this Hellopeter complaint gets someone on the corporate Virgin treadmill to do their job and give her her money back.
