Filthy unhygienic pool and no maintenance

The dirty pool saga gets worse. Now it old bandages and what looks like part of a wig or hair extension, and some black pieces of something about the size of a R5 coin floating around in the pool. That is over above all the dust and dirt in the corners and sides. Also the hose in the steam room is broken AGAIN So whoever is supposed to be doing cleaning and maintenance is not doing their job and neither are they being monitored.

This must be about the 6th time i Have complained over the past year.
