Filthy

I have been a member of virgin active for over 15 years. I have also worked for virgin active so I know the standard and quality that’s expected. I was horrified at the state of the Kyalami Corner branch. The floor in the weight area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month. When doing the seated calf raise my black pants had a dust patch from the padding. For the amount of monthly fees we as members should be able to eat off the floor. I didn’t even go into the bathroom because I could just imagine how that would’ve looked and smelt. To have only 2 cleaning staff to clean a club is totally unacceptable.
