Fichardtpark Aircon

This gym charge a pot full of membership fees each month. I and my whole family is members there, the management is non existing. The air-con is broken for more than a week now and nothing happens only a sign sorry out of order. The manager is not available, they only send us an sms to tell us to use the other club which is about 30km from my home. There is always something wrong with the air-con and it doesn't seem if it is a problem to them. It is so hot my son heart himself because of the heat.

Then I also have a problem with Virgin Active because only some members can get an gym back. I was trying to find out if we didn't get one when we take out our contracts if we can buy one, but no one can tell me. My one son receive one but not me and my other son.

This club is really a bad name for Virgin Activ
