Virgin Active - you guys need to look at your sales people - contracts and membership options are not explained. I'm currently pregnant and have been trying to make my membership work for me - but that is next to impossible - everything with you guys offer has an extra added fee -fees which are not explained when taking out a contract - R1400 for Vitality - R1200 for Fitmama - 50% for suspension then it continues from where it stopped and 40% to cancel. Also membership options are not discussed - I only find out now that we could have taken a month to month contract. They just push sale targets and commission. This is unjust and plain down ridiculous. Whats worse is the gym I signed up to can't accommodate me - so I must go to further gym at an extra cost and inconvenience. I need my contract cancel and Im not willing to pay anything more as all these fees are not explained - my contract was completed in less than 10mins and I still haven't received a copy.
