Feeling ****med

I am so dissapointed with the manager of Virgin Active Southgate. I feel as if i have been ****med. I still remember his name as Thobani, he told me about two different offers one for 12months and one for 24months, i took the 12month offer with an understanding that i will have two free months and pay R220 a month for the remaining ten months. To my surprise im looking at a debit order of R300 a month. I took what is affordable for me, starting the year of right, and now i am so unhappy, when i called Virgin active call centre about this they advised me i would have to pay over a R1000 to cancel the membership. Why should people feel the need to **** people who work hard just to make a commission i just dont get it.
