Fee to move clubs

When I joined Virgin active Germiston no one informed me about the fee that will be charged if I move to another club.<br> I'm unable to gym at Germiston due to time constrains and wanted to move to Rooihuiskraal because it will be convenient for me to gym there however I'm told I cannot unless I pay I movement fee.<br> <br> This is not fair because I was not aware and do not have the money at the moment , I also think this is unnecessary .
