Fee increase without notification

Good day<br> <br> I joined Virgin Active in November 2015 .I am on Vitality so pay the reduced rate. As of January 2016 my fees have increased by 36%. Now, I understand that Discovery has dropped their subsidy percentage from 80% to 75%. That's not my issue. My issue is that I received no notice of this increase. I was also under the impression that as I had only joined in November, I would be exempt from said increase. This was even a question that was raised during sign up, as it was the end of the year and an obvious concern to me. <br>
