<p>It has been a month since the music system in the studio where we have the kick classes has been having problems, it keeps stopping while we are busy working out, now this is unacceptable and there is no amount of explanation that will make me understand this kind of value you offer to me, I pay a lot of money and deserve better, I can't keep waking up in the morning to experience such low service, now I have taken a decision that I will not be paying my premium this month and should you debit it I will then go to the bank and reverse it, I will not be paying for such a ridiculous service!</p>
