Faulty Machinery at Virgin Active Kings Park

<p>I have had 2 bad experiences at the Virgin Active in Kingspark . The first issue is that a situp machine was not bolted down and as i was trying to get off it , the machine fell over landed on my leg as well as damaging the screen of my cellphone.</p> <p>The second issue happened when i was using the flat bench machine to do shoulders and when i leant back so i could pick up the weight , the back of the machine fell down as i was leaning back . I did make sure that it was locked in place but even though i did it still fell down. I dont know how virgin active is still running with such faulty equipment. I could have been seriously injured because of this faulty equipment.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want to know how am i going to be compensated for this</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
