Faulty equipment and the manager does not care.

Specifically for the Watermeyer branch. A lot of faulty equipment. None of the bag weights are actually the weight stamped on them. There isn't a single bag weight that is actually between 10 and 17 Kg. I have informed the manager 4 times since Feb of this problem and he simply does not care. Faulty equipment takes an extremely long time to repair or simply never gets repaired or replaced. The staff does not care about the quality of this virgin active. If you have any other choice in gym, rather go there.
