Fantastic Call centre agent

I recently realised that my contract with VA will be expiring soon, and I was not looking forward to the process of trying to cancel it. In fact, I kept postponing to the point where it was almost past my expiry date and I have not done it.<br> <br> Today I decided to get it over with and phoned the call centre, readying myself for a fight and trying to convince the person that I want to cancel and dodging some legal jargon about why I can't.<br> <br> Laverne ended up taking my call and what an absolute pleasure she was. Friendly, responsive and so on the ball she answered my questions before I had even asked them. If everything else was as painless in my life I would be so happy. Laverne's talents are wasted on the call centre floor, she should be president of call centres to teach some of the the rude idiots I've dealt with a thing or two.<br> <br> Laverne, you had two choices: You could have spoiled my day with sulky manners and fighting with me over my expiring contract, or you could smile and be friendly and make someones day. You chose the latter. You, lady, deserve a medal and a day off.
