False selling, bat attitude and useless accounting

well what can i say only that your accounts department is beyond useless, the branch i joined is no better i get your guys were hacked but come on how can you get a premium wrong every month not provide what you offer and then i get free months offered for bad service but you still try take a debit run and my credit from 2 months ago is still not through.. Is this what you stand for now a no care attitude i was warned that the service was bad but i was a client years ago and i was happy boy i should of listened...
