False selling

<p>My girlfriend and I, shes Australian, were visiting South Africa for 3 months, we wanted to join on a monthly basis, but the sale agent at point virgin Active in greenpoint Cape town, Crosby hangandu, told us we should join on a normal contract and then just freeze it after three months for 6 months amd will not cost us a thing..... wrong!!! He **** and now its costing half of the monthly fee per month. Which works out more expensive! I have email proof that he said there will be no costs for us but for some reason he has dissapeared and doesnt respond to any emails! I think this is completely bad service and I will be on every social media platform posibble with emails etc! This will not be tolerated! Virgin Active is money hungry ****** and it needs to be known!!!</p>
