false promotion

Virgin Active Red have a promotion running for August if you apply online, and your first month is free, which is a lie, I tried to apply online but it charges you the full rate, so i phoned the salesman said there is a problem online but not to worry i can come in to the store and they will sort it out, so i took off early went in, only to find they were still charging the same rate, i wanted to pay a years subscription at one time, all what the salesman and manager were trying to do was trying to get me to pay the full amount and they will try resolve it afterwards, trying to put pressure on me to pay, when i know i will have to fight for the money to be paid back if ever, you are a big company it disgusted me that you try these things im sure a lot of people have been caught, maybe time for a court case to put you in your place
