False Promo upon Joining.

I joined VA at the beginning of March 2017. Upon joining, I was promised a joining Adidas Voucher of R750. I paid my joining fee and VA proceeded to debit my account. I went back to the Club to ask about my voucher and they told me I had to wait for a month to give HQ enough time to process me in their system. So I waited the month. When the month lapsed, I went back and spoke to the Gym Mananger(Happy). He promised everytime to get back to me with feedback the same afternoon but nothing. I am actually tired of always going there to whine about VA keeping its commitment. I think VA must reimburse me my monthly fee and Let me find another gym that will treat me with the respect they should be treating a customer.

I am disappointed in the manner this was handled. Maybe I need to join an rival gym.
